Identifikasi Kebutuhan Okupasi Terapi Berbasis Kewirausahaan untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup, Motivasi dan Harga Diri pada Pasien Skizofrenia: Pendekatan Kualitatif
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Skizofrenia adalah gangguan mental berdampak signifikan pada kualitas hidup pasien. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup, motivasi dan harga diri pasien adalah melalui okupasi terapi berbasis kewirausahaan. Okupasi terapi bertujuan untuk membantu pasien mengembangkan kemampuan fungsional, sosial, dan kognitif sehingga dapat hidup mandiri di masyarakat. Pendekatan kewirausahaan dalam okupasi terapi dapat memberikan peluang bagi pasien untuk memulai usaha dan mencapai kemandirian ekonomi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup, motivasi dan harga diri mereka. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi kebutuhan okupasi terapi berbasis kewirausahaan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup, motivasi, dan harga diri pasien Skizofrenia.
Metode: Kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, kriteria inklusi dengan pasien skizofrenia, usia produktif, Pasien rehabilitasi, Mampu berkomunikasi dan kooperatif. Sampel 8 pasien skizofrenia, 8 keluarga, dan 6 tenaga Kesehatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan Focus Group Discussion, Analisis deskripsi makna tema
Hasil: pertama tema pasien meliputi persepsi, minat, pengalaman, tantangan, dan solusi dari kendala yang ditemukan, kedua tema keluarga meliputi dukungan keluarga, dukungan dari luar, peran, keterlibatan pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi, dampak, tantangan, strategi, harapan dan rencana, ketiga Tema tenaga kesehatan meliputi adanya proses rekruitmen, menggali potensi, kelayakan terapi, Pemasaran, monitoring dan evaluasi.
Kesimpulan: Kebutuhan Okupasi terapi berbasis kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup, motivasi, dan harga diri menunjukkan pentingnya persepsi positif baik dari diri sendiri, orang lain, dukungan keluarga, minat, dan optimism pasien, serta keterlibatan tenaga Kesehatan dalam perekrutan, menggali potensi dan evaluasi terapi. Rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan perlu ada pelatihan dan lembar monitoring dan evaluasi pengelolaan keuangan.
