Literature Review : Faktor - Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Burnout Syndrome Pada Perawat Yang Menangani Pasien Covid-19
Abstract
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit baru dimana virus SARS-Cov 2 menjadi penyebab penyakit ini, yang telah ditetapkan sebagai pandemi oleh WHO. Tingginya jumlah pasien COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan pada sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan perawat menjadi salah satu garda terdepan. Dampak adanya pandemi pada perawat yang merawat pasien COVID-19 memunculkan perasaan stress, cemas hingga berujung pada munculnya burnout syndrome atau syndrome kelelahan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi burnout syndrome pada perawat yang menangani pasien COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan menggunakan 4 database, yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct dan Pro Quest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 12 jurnal, faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian burnout syndrome pada perawat yang merawat pasien COVID 19 yaitu faktor resilience (15%), stress (12%), sumber daya (12%), jenis kelamin (7%), unit dinas (7%), beban kerja (15%), dukungan social (12%), keluar dari profesi (4%), lesi kulit (4%), status pernikahan (4%), dan kualitas tidur (4%). Oleh karena itu direkomendasikan agar perawat yang menangani pasien COVID-19 mulai beradaptasi diri saat menangani pasien COVID-19,meningkatkan dukungan sosial serta bersamaan dengan peningkatan sumber daya rumah sakit agar dapat melakukan perawatan secara optimal.
