Aloe vera and starfruit flowers (Averrhoa bilimbi) have antioxidant and anthocyanin content that can be used as natural active ingredients in preparations. Ethanol extract of aloe vera and starfruit flowers is made by maceration using 96% ethanol. This study aimed to create a lip cream formula using aloe vera and starfruit flower extracts to determine its stability; storage was carried out at three different temperatures for 15 days. In this study, three formulations were made with Triethanolamine concentrations of 2%, 4%, and 6%. Physical evaluation was carried out with the parameters tested: organoleptic (aroma, color, texture), homogeneity, pH, spreadability, adhesion, and stability test. The results of the organoleptic test showed that the three formulations had an odorless aroma, green color, and semisolid texture. The homogeneity test and spreadability test results showed that F3 did not meet the requirements. The pH test and adhesion test results showed that the three formulations had criteria that met the requirements. The results showed that the three lip cream formulations did not meet the stability test requirements, namely, showing color changes.
